Art-Sense works to improve access to art for visually impaired people by working with galleries and museums to develop equality of access to buildings, exhibitions and collections and by providing opportunities to make art through artist-led workshops.

It offers training and consultancy services to galleries and other arts organisations to help them to achieve these aims.

Art-Sense is working with four West Midlands galleries on a project called Art Speaking’ . Art works are presented to visually impaired people using a talk by a curator and an audio description.
