Tickets are held in your shopping basket for a maximum of 20 minutes, after which they will be removed from your basket and added back to the pool for other customers to purchase.
If your session timed out prior to the purchase of your tickets and you are still looking to obtain tickets, please return to the relevant event and start the transaction process again.
